Here's the bottom line: I create my art to make people happy and I'll do what I can to keep you that way. :)
Payment
♥ Payment is by PayPal only. But you can use a credit card on PayPal these days which makes life so much easier.
♥ If payment is not made soon after purchase I will convo you to discuss (often new customers don't know about the PayPal step).
♥ If I've done what I can to get in touch with you, but have not heard from you and payment has not been made within one week, the order will be cancelled.
Shipping
♥ I ship 1-5 business days after payment is made.
♥ I only ship after payment is made and cleared - just common sense really!
♥ Overseas shipping is international air mail. If you would prefer priority shipping, please let me know. This will cost extra (and, to be honest, it's usually jaw-droppingly expensive) but it can certainly be arranged.
Refunds and Exchanges
♥ I've never been asked about a refund or exchange, so to be honest I think I'd just play it by ear.
♥ I've also never had an order lost in the mail, or damaged, but if it doesn't turn up or (God forbid!) something hideous happens to it in transit, please let me know and I'll sort something out with you.
